Eptura needed a brand identity that reflected its commitment to helping organizations thrive while maintaining a distinctly human-centric focus. The challenge was to create a brand that could communicate the complexity of their innovative workplace solutions in a way that felt approachable, relatable, and centered on people. Balancing the advanced intelligence of their software with a warm, human touch was essential to ensuring their identity resonated with businesses seeking both cutting-edge technology and a deeper understanding of their workforce and assets

Solution

Collaborating closely with the Eptura team, we crafted a brand identity inspired by the universal symbol of joy: the smile. This concept reflects the cultural truth that a thriving workplace culture, supported by intelligent processes, leads to happier, more engaged employees.

To bring this vision to life and foster deeper staff engagement, we introduced “mylogo”, an algorithmic logo that transforms uniquely for each individual based on their laughter. This innovative feature allows employees and users to generate a personalized logo, celebrating their individuality and distinct personalities. Rooted in the human truth that everyone wants to be seen and valued as unique, this approach reinforces Eptura’s commitment to creating human-centric solutions that empower people to thrive.

Impact

Since its launch, Eptura has successfully engaged both industry leaders and individual users, establishing itself as a versatile and iconic brand. Its adaptable identity has seamlessly translated across various tools and product offerings, enabling Eptura to expand confidently into AI-driven solutions. 

In the first three quarters of 2023, Eptura’s Worktech solutions earned the trust of over 30 Fortune 1000 and Fortune Global 500 companies, further solidifying its position as a global leader. Recognised for its innovation and impact, Eptura was named a leader in the Green Quadrant: Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Software 2024 report by Verdantix, cementing its reputation as a driving force in the worktech industry.

Laughter transforms the workplace into a place of belonging, a shared experience that builds lasting bonds and friendships beyond the walls. This simple, human truth became the foundation for the brand’s approach and design.

In close collaboration with the Eptura team, we developed the myLogo app, a tool designed to boost employee engagement by turning something uniquely human into something uniquely branded. Using the sound of each employee’s laugh, the app generates a personalised version of the Eptura logo, which then becomes part of their onboarding assets and internal communications toolkit.

At the heart of the brand is a commitment to inclusivity. Eptura believes that everyone, regardless of role or status, deserves access to the tools that empower them to Work Your World.

We developed a cohesive icon system for each vertical, ensuring a consistent visual language and unified brand voice across all touchpoints.
