Eptura is a global business that uses industry-leading software solutions to provide employees the tools they need to manage how, when, and where they work.

 

Working in collaboration with the Eptura team, we created an identity inspired by the joy of smiling. The idea is built on the cultural truth, that a thriving culture, built on intelligent process, equals a happy workplace.

The logotype displays personality and quirk. The upward facing ‘e’ feels full of life and the overall structure has movement and connectivity.

Introducing myLogo. An algorithmic logo that changes shape based on an individual’s laughter. This allows all employees and users to generate their own personal logo that is completely unique to them. This idea is born out of the human truth that we all have distinct personalities and want to be seen as individuals.

Created by the Eptura team, the platform allows users to record there laughter, generating a unique mark that they can download. This personalisation talks to the core services that Eptura offers. Peronalisation that caters for the individual.

Inclusivity forms a large part of the Eptura workplace philosophy. People from all walks of life deserve to have a safe and happy workplace in which they can thrive.

We created an image based logo system to shine light on the wider cultural conversations around gender neutrality, flexibility for working mothers, disability, accessibility and ethnic diversity.

Placing relevant imagery inside the logo mnemonic sends a powerful message that no matter who you are, you should have the opportunity to work your world.
